Coxsackie Dental Arts PLLC is a high-quality dental practice located in West Coxsackie, NY, in a scenic Hudson River town with hiking trails, a nature preserve, and only 2 hours from NYC and Boston. Our patient-centered office offers comprehensive restorative and cosmetic care based on principles of occlusion and complete dentistry. The team is collaborative, professional, and focused on ongoing learning, creating an environment that supports both patient care and professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- $900/day guaranteed for the first 6 months
- Associates are paid 33–38% of collections based on daily production values
- Expected annual earnings: $250,000–$350,000
- Optional health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off (2 weeks vacation + paid holidays)
- Mentorship available for new dentists
The Opportunity
We are seeking an associate dentist to provide high-quality general dentistry, including:
- Fillings, crowns, some endodontics, extractions, dentures, and bridges
- Work closely with a skilled team of professionals in a patient-centered, professional environment
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., no weekends
- Experience: 3+ years preferred, but highly motivated new grads will also be considered.
Our office is equipped with modern technology to support your practice, including digital X-rays, CBCT, CAD/CAM, laser dentistry, intraoral scanners, and Invisalign. This is an excellent chance to expand your clinical skills, grow professionally, and enjoy autonomy while being supported by a motivated team.
